Ideally if you are a lone groomer you should buy 2 extenders which work well with the hammock.

This Item is a must-have. The extender enables you to place your H-bar at its highest point, allowing you to manoeuvre your neck aid via the D rings whilst not having to keep raising your H bar up and down, which overtime creates wear and tear and becomes hard work.
