London School of Pet Grooming and/or City & Guilds (the awarding body) may contact me using the above information for the purpose of progressing the achievement of the qualification.
It is the students responsibility to ensure that their assessment site is informed of any changes in the above details. London School of Pet Grooming cannot be held responsible for acting on out of date information if students do not keep us informed.
Students are responsible for informing their assessment site should they not receive certificates. This must be done within 3 months of completion of all components, including the evolve exams. Students accept that failure to inform us may result in further charges for copy certificates.

We will also issue an email to let you know your certificate has been claimed for.
London School of Pet Grooming cannot be responsible for items lost in the post .

However we take every precaution to safeguard portfolios by sending them by recorded delivery and recording your results.
Registration Fees are not refundable or transferable

We will however honor assessment centres agreements for outstanding assessments - If the assessment centre can no longer deliver, and at a venue of our choice.
Candidates take part in assessments entirely at their own risk and no liability can be attached to the assessment site, it’s owner or staff for an injury/loss or damage caused by reason of the assessment whether by negligence or otherwise.
