This item allows you to use both hands and also could save you from future shoulder issues. Always make sure you can place two fingers between the padded area of belly strap to the dogs’ abdomen. Attach the strap with the D rings to your H frame first, then put under the dog, allowing the cushioned area to be around the abdomen. Then fasten your other end of the strap to the appropriate D ring.
